YIES School for Water for South Sudan
During an Inquiry into Water the Vital Ingredient the 2021-2022 Grade 5 students read the book A Long Walk to Water by Linda Sue Parker and became interested in finding out more about the effects of the unequal distribution of water in the world. Their learning process led them to want to do something themselves about this.
That is, they want to raise funds in order to help Salva Dut supply clean water to South Sudan.
